Yes! While we’re based in Atlanta and New York City, we’re available for travel throughout the U.S. and internationally. Travel fees may apply depending on the location and scope of the project—just reach out and we’ll build a custom quote.
You’ll receive your fully edited photos or videos through a secure digital gallery or private link for download. We also offer options for USB delivery, social-ready formats, and physical prints upon request.
Absolutely. Every photo and video is professionally edited to match our signature style, but we welcome specific requests (skin retouching, background adjustments, etc.). Just let us know your preferences during your consultation or proofing stage.
We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date, especially during peak seasons (spring, summer, and holidays). For weddings or larger productions, 6–8 weeks is ideal. However, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when availability allows.
Each package includes a consultation, shooting time, editing, and final deliverables via online gallery or download. Our premium packages may also include location scouting, wardrobe support, drone footage, and faster turnaround times. We always tailor our services to your needs.
Yes! We require a non-refundable deposit (typically 30–50%) to secure your date, with the remaining balance due on or before the day of the shoot. For larger projects or brand campaigns, we’re happy to discuss flexible payment options.
We understand that plans can change. You can reschedule your session with at least 48 hours’ notice without penalty. Deposits are transferable to new dates but non-refundable for cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice.
